Round Cakes
Round cakes can be cut in three ways. Depending on the way you cut your cake, will depend on how many slices are achieved. For cakes 12inch and larger, I recommend you cut your cake as per option 3. Desert slices are cut from 1” (2.5cm) wide to 1.5" (4cm).
4” (10cm) serves 2-4
6” (15cm) serves 10-18
8” (19cm) serves 12-24
9” (23cm) serves 18-24
10” (25cm) serves 19-36
12” (30cm) serves 24-36
14” (35cm) serves 25-36
16” (40cm) serves 36-60
