The concept of this cake was an inspiration from Ace Of Cakes.
Buttercake with a Strawberry Swirl
This cake was made in three layers. The centre tier was a surprise Chocolate Hazelnut Mud.
Covered in Fondant, and sprayed for a special look.
Served 30 guests (dessert size)
